Stabling: Excellent
Dressage warmup: two areas, one flat and pretty big, one medium sized nearer the rings with a slope, not bad.
Dressage rings: Excellent, though built-in judges stands on stilts can be spooky.
XC: Big warmup with stadium and XC fences (including skinny), bit of a hill but overall great. I have ridden my horse there three times, once Training and twice at Prelim (her first couple times). The courses are always challenging but ride extremely well, excellent galloping. There are a few things that are kind of "yikes!" at Prelim (bank up, stride, trakehner, stride, drop, early in the course) but they still ride pretty well, at least on my horse who is very bold if green.

Stadium is always colorful and challenging.
